Airbnb Rentals Prohibited in Windgate III
This is a reminder that Windgate of Arlington, Village III Legal Governing Documents Article VI, Section 4, Items A, B, C strictly prohibit Airbnb rentals on the property.  Please read this article entitled "The Rise of Airbnb: What Condominium Associations Need to Know About Short Term Rentals" that outlines the various reasons that short term rentals can negatively impact a condo community.
