Want to have a television satellite dish installed, upgrade your unit with new windows or do other internal or external renovations? Make sure you get the required Board authorization first! You don't need a variance for some improvements, as long as they conform to the Architectural Standards. Find which ones here.

 

You must fill out this form to get a parking pass for a permanent resident of your unit who does not have a lease. All parking permit restrictions and quantity limits apply.
