As of August 31, 2009, the association staff for Windgate III is no longer located at the office on The Arlington Condominium property at 2733 S. Walter Reed Dr., due to The Arlington now using a different association management company.

 

WIII owners/residents now may visit the KPA management company office at 6400 Arlington Boulevard, Ste. 700, Falls Church, VA 22042, or email the administrative assistant, Sonia English-Johnson, at sjohnson@kpamgmt.com or the WIII community manager, Gina M. Spellman, at gspellman@kpamgmt.com, or call (703) 532-5005 to transact all Association business.
