The Windgate III Board of Directors has redesigned the Board meeting calendar for 2011 such that there will be two fewer meetings in 2011. This resulted from a review of practices at the November 17 meeting.  Board meetings will still be on Tuesdays, but on approx six-week centers rather than monthly. Year 2011 dates: (Tuesdays) Jan 18 (POSTPONED to Feb 2), Mar 1, Apr 12, May 24, Jun 28, ANNUAL MTG Jul 20, Aug 16, Sep 27, Nov 8, Dec 20.
