Participants in the Yard Sale must provide their own table(s) or blankets and set up may begin no earlier than 7 a.m. in the area surrounding the gazebo, and in the parking spaces immediately adjacent.

 

Parking spaces for use in setting up your tables and wares will be available at the Gazebo area off South Arlington Mill Drive for residents wishing to participate (not for parking). Yard sale parking spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Set up time begins at 7:00 a.m., so bring a table, a blanket or whatever, to set up for the sale of those items you no longer find useful.

 

PLEASE CLEAR VEHICLES FROM GAZEBO SPACES PRIOR TO YARD SALE. Ensuring the yard sale is a success requires the assistance and cooperation of all residents. The Associations request that residents using the parking spaces in front of the Gazebo the night before move their vehicles from those spaces by 6:30 a.m., Saturday, June 12th so that sellers can set up there. The Associations’ Maintenance Staff will facilitate and help with traffic flow.

 

Removal of all tables and sales merchandise must be completed by 3 p.m. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event, no rain date. Thank you and hope to see you there!
